Keith Tozer is a retired American soccer player who played professionally in the Major Indoor Soccer League, American Soccer League and American Indoor Soccer Association. He currently coaches the Milwaukee Wave of Major Indoor Soccer League. Tozer grew up in upstate New York. After graduating from high school, he attended Oneonta State from 1975 to 1979, where he played as a forward on the mens soccer team. He finished his four seasons at Oneonta with the schools all time points record of 117 off 50 goals and 17 assists. In 2002, Oneonta State inducted Tozer into the schools Athletic Hall of Fame.
